This issue seems to be caused by custom careers

Going to mark this post as solution for visibility.

Please let me know if other mods affect this

- Careers from Adeepindigo

- Careers from Ilkavelle

- Careers from KiaraSims

- Royals Mod

Most of them have been updated by the creators so please get the new versions.

    removing AdeepIndigo career mods fixed the game for me when i was running into the same issue! Thanks for the post 🙂
