Oh my goodness haha that makes sense. Where can I get the hyper growth fertilizer? Is it sold at the garden stall near the fair?

You can buy it from the stall, You can get it as rewards for doing tasks and you can get it as gifts from befriended birds and rabbits.Cleaning out sheds and chicken coops can also give you some.
