Make sure you're at a Museum. For instance, Casbah Gallery in San Myshuno is an Arts Center, not a Museum.

AH! You're right! When I visited Casbah Gallery my brain registered "Arts Center" but decided that equaled "Museum". LOL Thanks!

It's an easy mistake to make. I've made it myself, and probably more than once, which is why I knew about it.
