Re: [Patch 1.117 on] When Loading ANY Household, Returns to World Select Screen

whenever I go to load into a sim family it takes me to the loading screen only to bring me back to the worlds management with a blue flickering box around the area where the sims would be. And near that box baby bottles that say x8 appear and the lot no longer has a sim in it.

I have tried this again with the same family and after the secound time of doing it, it completely deleted my sims and brought me back to world management with the blue box in the lower left corner.

This has happened even after I have updated the game.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.

Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

I figured it out!!!! The same thing happened to me. It’s caused my Lumpinou’s mods, I honestly just deleted all the ones I had and it was working perfectly after. Really hope this helps.

omg I was so mad at not being able to play in October 2025 and I came back today and this was still happening!! but your comment made me look in my CC folder and I had some lumpinou/chingyu script mods hiding! my game finally works thank you sooo much <3

OMG thank you so much!! I was so scared my save was done for, I removed the lumpinou's mods and it works now! Thank youuuuu

johaaniie The current version of Lumpinou's mods are not broken in this way. See Broken and Updated Mods and CC (plus adding that the Core module of RPO was updated yesterday and will get added there shortly).
