Since you have the throw up interaction your sim is pregnant. From what you write you were apparently only able to do a WooHoo not Try for baby. The latter is required to get an option to do a pregnancy test.

I have wonderful whims so TFB changes to woohoo, and if my sim is pregnant the moodlet hasn't came up and I'm pretty sure it won't until I take a pregnancy test.

@Naqmii In unmodded gameplay, it just takes longer for the pregnancy moodlet to show up in the absence of a pregnancy test... much like in real life, actually. Give it a Sims day.
