@candiecoatediv It sounds like you might have set a camera state by accident. I believe alt-9 should clear it, but if that doesn't help for some reason, you can go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open VideoCameraStates.ini, and delete the Camera State 9 entry.
