residential rental not showing as an option rest of the dlc ie items are there jto use, just not the option to have a residential rental lot any idea's?

@crusaderat2011 If you have any mods or custom content, please remove them and test again. You can try in a new save if you want.
If that doesn't help, please test in Tomarang. I've seen one other report that only Tomarang and San Sequoia have the option, although I don't know whether that's mod-related.
I'm having the exact same issue, I built townhomes in anticipation of the pack but it won't let me change the lot type. The option for residential rentals isn't there.
@Osmeh Please test without Mods.
