@stargirlvamp Since your game works without mods, it's time to remove broken mods and update the ones that have updates available. You can start with the current Broken/Updated Mods & CC list, but you will almost certainly need the previous patch's 1.105 Broken/Updated Mods & CC thread because an enormous number of mods needed updating for that. Remember to delete old versions when you add the new ones because modders often change filenames. Also, check installation instructions: many modders have changed these recently.
If you still have problems after that, you can do a 50-50 test to find the rest of your outdated mods.

I think it might be a glitch.
I actually have better exceptions which actually tells me which mods, scripts and cc are broken.
However even without broken mods the issue is still there if scripts are turned on. So i deleted the save and made a new save.
I didn't have broken mods at that point but got the infinite loading screen instead except for CAS and maybe building.
However now there was a patch and will be on the look out for mod updates.
Haven't tested it out yet if its fixed.

@stargirlvamp BE can't tell you every issue there is with mods. If it's not telling you there's a problem but removing mods fixes your game, then you still have a mod issue -- just one it isn't able to see.
