I know I moved them into the new folder that was made and now I have the same problem the game takes forever to load, forcing me to quit sims 4 because it says not responding

So the problem is your Mods/CC. You need to figure out which Mods/CC are causing the issue by removing them again, trashing the localthumbcache.package file and adding them back in batches, loading and testing the game after each batch. Once it starts breaking again you know one or more mods in the batch you just added are the problem. When I move mods into my folder one by one I find a corrupted file and remove it but then the game still won't load.
