@JulietteIsBugsy You might still have mods that need updating or removing - that's a common cause of this (when you don't have a household of over 8 Sims). Have a check through Broken/Updated Mods & CC

Hi, thank you for your answer,
I am not sure it could be the problem as this sim has no CC on her at all, she is totally clean. I cleaned my CCs with Sims 4 Mod Manager and Sims 4 Studio + deleted all the mods I had (not so much, like 5) and installed it again with the updated version
@JulietteIsBugsy Did you use Sims 4 Studio to do a DX11 batch fix, especially on build-buy content? Have you tested with no mods or CC (leave cooking mods in, and add Lumpinou's Milestone Fixes)?
