The words are there, "polish to perfection" "clean energetically" "clean with vigor", etc depending on the Sim, but they are unclickable.
I am having the same problem. When you hover over the cleaning option, it says “[name of highchair] in use” whether there is a toddler in it/plates on it or not, so it is always registering as in use even when empty and the only solution is to buy a new high chair every 2-3 meals.

When I hover over the faded "clean energetically" or "polish to perfection", it says "Fine Toddler Eatery in Use."
I've looked all over for anyone else having this problem but have found nothing!
