@themercds  What format does your external drive have?  Is there any pattern to the types of mods that do or don't work, for example maybe files that end in .ts4script are fine but .package files are not?

Please also download a fresh copy of a mod that's confirmed updated for the current patch level (1.90.375) and see whether it works.
