Nope. I don't use mods. I didn't even think about the remove from household. I do use the cheat feature. Maybe i leaned on something and it somehow clicked on that without me knowing.

that's what I'm thinking too. I leaned on something on my keyboard. If It happens again I know now not to save the game.

Yes there is a key that locks the keyboard mouse but I wasn't using it at the time. I'll have to start locking it for now on during gameplay. Thanks.
