@LlonessRampant Which packs are you missing? Does the EA App think they're owned and installed? You can check in your game library, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
Please also let me know whether any of your owned packs are in fact loading in-game. To see what is and isn't loading, try filtering CAS or Build/Buy by pack. The ones that aren't installed will be unselectable.
Everything seems to be loading just two ofy families I was playing have the vampire sims missing. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled again, it's recognizing all of my packs but I can't get my missing sims back. The house is in the vampire town and nothing else she's to be glitching. I can see the missing sims in the family selection before I load the house but once it loads they're all missing and aren't in the relationship profile any longer. Since one toddler that was left behind is human I can see the vampire mom in the family tree but all the others don't show up. ResetSim can't locate them either
@LlonessRampant Try recovering one of the backup saves. You might have to go a few versions back.

@LlonessRampant Does it help to evict the household and place them back in their house, or a different one?
Other than that, are you willing to use a mod to try to fix this? I don't know for sure that it would help, but there are certainly ways to experiment.
No, moving them doesn't help - even if the photo/household shows all of them when I go into play (no matter where) they're missing still, I even tried different neighborhoods with no luck.
I would try mods if it's easy to figure out. What might work?
I believe all of them are missing, I haven't checked every single family yet but the other family (across the street) is missing their vamps as well

Ugh sorry to hear it, I haven't been able to recover mine. Some in another town are still present though. My game is having serious issues now (not loading after saves or going on a date). After my vamps went missing and I was having problems I did buy the newest expansion and wonder if those are my new problems now.
No, I did have one where some sims could be multiple occults and I think maybe the two sims missing had been vampire and spellcaster at one point so maybe that's it and their vampire babies were then corrupted too? I have since been clearing out all my mods and trying to start fresh within the same world. Thanks for your input!
@LlonessRampant Being multiple occults is possible only with mods. See Broken/Updated Mods & CC for the one from TwelfthDoctor1 that's been updated for causing this error, and be sure to read the new instructions for it.

Thank you~ I use it so infrequently in game that I hadn't thought about it. I'll dig into the link you sent.
Happy to report my sims are back after deleting the Hybrid/Ice Cream mod. Yayy!! Still getting some other errors after the latest update but that was the biggest stress.
All of my vampire sims are missing too, I haven no clue what to do. Even when I try put them in different worlds they still disappear. And its not just my families either its also the townies from the vampire world.
@thesimmerc Do you have any hybrid occult mods? You will need to remove or update those and then load an earlier version of your save from before they were deleted.
