- @braulyoko I think it's a rendering lag but maybe someone else also has the issue and could chime in here. It's funny that you only have it with lags though.
I'm a bit out of ideas what else you could try. You don't have access to another computer by any chance to see if it happens for you there too ? One more thing you could try is a clean boot to make sure it's not a background program:

If it works in that mode, then it's a background program interfering and you will need to find out which one.
Did you ever try without MCCC and the graduation picture mod ?
I am currently having the exact same issue. I don't have any mods installed other than cc build items, currently. I'm not having any issues with lag or rendering. My card is up to date as well.
