Hey @Babydoll111881,

This is most likely caused by outdated Mods. Are you using any Mods in game?

If so, please remove them and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your Documents folder to clear the cache.

Afterwards, test the game again and see if it is working normally again.

    Thank you , but none of my mods are active . I only had 2 but stopped using them weeks ago .

    @Babydoll111881, even if they're not active, they might still be in the game. Check your Mod folder under Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Remove any mods that might be there.

    Then delete the file "localthumbcache.package" in The Sims 4 folder.

    Restart the game and see if it works.
