Reading Books Not Counting

As per directions to start a new thread:

My Sim is a werewolf that is required to read three werewolf books. She read the first two without issue. Now, the third required book is not showing a progress bar and is not counting towards the aspiration.

I saw in an old thread about spellcasters and debate skills. I am neither.

ETA: After trying a few more books, I got the progress bar to show up. However, despite being werewolf books, they did not count towards my aspiration.

BTW: Rules as they are, it's still confusing to know whether to post on a new thread or whether to add to an existing post, as I've been corrected in both directions.

    @MagpieMorrigan Could you list the books that didn't work ? Does it matter which one you try or does it vary ?



    The rule of thumb for new vs old thread is that if the lasts post is older than about a year, make a new thread. There are a few threads that are collection threads (usually marked as such) where all stuff goes in, they usually have current traffic though.

    Big exception to this rule is the bug forum. In the bug forum the rule is that if there is a thread has a template filled out (threads from around 2017) and the thread isn't marked as [FIXED] or [ARCHIVED], use that thread.
