Yeah, that's a very good point. Still, rather than make the creator angry, I think I'll just choose another top. :/
His/her ToS doesn't mention recolors for personal use, just says, no recolors allowed and "Please do not re-upload or don't use my textures. Please don't claim as your own." I wouldn't be re-uploading or claiming the work, but I guess I would be using their texture, so I'll just avoid any issues by choosing something different. Thanks for the input!
