Relationship forgotten (Including premade sims' e.g. Windenburg townies)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? discover university, get famous, seasons, cats& dogs, city living, get together, get to work , werewolves, my widding stories, realm of magic, strangerville, parenthood, vampires, dine out, island living, spooky stuff, paranormal, high school years
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By starting the game with a family, at first by asking those premade townies who had premade relationship with other townies, they would give out positive responde that they recognize them. But as soon as I load in their family, it appears that they only know their relatives and their significant-others.
What happens when the bug occurs? Those premade townies such as those from Windenbug don't recongize their friends, only remember their relatives and their signaficant-others
What do you expect to see? Relationships of sims don't dissapear
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
