@RubricalBook232 this forum is for both troubleshooting and mods issues. Since you are a mod users it's important to rule those out.
There's this thread on the influence point: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-INPUT-Random-Influence-Point-Icon-Appearing-Randomly-no/td-p/9196286 .. it's an old thread and not many people were having issues. Most didn't have Eco.
There's also this thread for the relationship icons: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-SAVES-Random-Negative-Positive-Relationship-Icons-appears/td-p/9185131 but here as well, it's an old thread. Some people actually have the relationship reduced other don't. All a bit inconclusive.
Does it happen for all of your Sims and also in a new save ?

@crinrictIt seems to be only happening to that specific sim. When I switch to others in my household, it does not happen. It does not happen if I create a new household and start a new game/save. I think something just glitched out and I cannot get it to stop. I just really did not want to have to restart because I have gotten so far with this one.
