removed custom content pop up

i just recently got back into the sims 4 but like maybe a day after it or so, (after downloading custom content and such) today when i had to redo my mod folder due to some folders i didnt delete / mods werent working due to being at the bottom n etc but after i done all of that and added a new mod it gave me this pop up of build mode items being removed along with cas items i thought i fixed it when i turned on and off custom content allowed n not allowed feature on it but it didnt work so i tried to redo the folder n redownload stuff didnt work at all so im lost when nothing online is telling me how to fix it or anything
