Required game data is missing or damaged

Whenever I try to open TS4 on EA with mods, it always gives me this pop-up. I reinstalled the game, it worked, then I re-added the mods and same situation again. I also got multiple different conflict detectors and not one found a broken/outdated mod file. I also can't add TS4 onto my desktop as the file is on an external drive due to insufficient storage and I did initially have TS4 on a OneDrive but I removed its syncing. I know the most practical decision here would be the 50/50 method but it'd be incredibly tedious because I have like 2,500 folders in my Mods and that's just for CC/Mod creators so I'd really want it to be my last resort alongside starting from scratch. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Marceleryy Please test with NO mods/CC to find out if mods/CC are the cause. You can do this without affecting your storage space by just renaming the Mods folder and deleting the file called localthumbcache.
