Restore template pre-made family

Hi, Im playing at The sims since a long time ago. Since the Blast to the future event I restart to play to The sims 4 and download some mods like the Household tool for making my sims a kind of pre-made family for all my save game. My problem (I can only blame myself) I wanted to pre-set a relationship between my family and a Maxis family an I accidently override on the Maxis family. Since them, everytime I do a new save, the game generate a duplicate of my family where you suppose to find the Maxis family. I did delete everything like remove mod and the localthumbcache before restart, repair the game and reinstall but it's doesn't work. I removed this duplicate only to get the famous 109 error. I had put back the family for being able to play again.  For now I play with an version found on the gallery but I would like the original family back. I don't know if I should contact ea for that

  • There's no method by which a completely mod-free repaired game in a completely new user folder can access your old Sims. It sounds like you might have other issues interfering.

    Please try this:

    • Make sure OneDrive, iCloud, or any other syncing software is completely disconnected from Sims. You'll find support for these issues in the Sims 4 Technical Support forums for Mac and PC.
    • Rename this folder: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
    • Run a Game Repair
    • Now start the game. It should behave as if you have never played before. Make a save -- "New" will be the only option.
