it was indeed a mod. For anyone else having this issue: delete the main WW mod folder and the WW folder that gets created in the saved folder. The household I was playing with did not reset to their previous satisfaction points, but the new ones did not disappear after entering CAS. I also went to another family and they had all their satisfaction points. I went into CAS for about 5 minutes and when I exited they had all their satisfaction points still. Be sure to delete the folder that gets created in the saved file, that’s where I went wrong the first time, because I thought just removing the main folder in my mods would help the problem.
