Saved lot not in library

i have two lots that i built, i want to restart a game with these houses but they wont show in my library after i save them. im pretty sure they save because when i try again it gives me the option to overwrite the template etc. the only CC content was some posters i downloaded from the gallery, i tried deleting those and saving again and it didn't help. im on ps4 and there is no show CC box to tick (that i can see anyway). i also have plenty of storage space, have restarted the game AND console and deleted user data already. its not an issue with the library either because i have no issue saving sims. i dont wanna build these houses all over again or use other ones so how do i fix this?
