Scenario: In a Moodlet "try to calm down" not working

My sim had every task complete for the scenario except the one where you have to calm down an angry sim. She used try to calm down about 5 times and successfully calmed down 3 Sims, but the scenario wouldn't complete. Finally I tried "calm self down" in a mirror and the scenario completed. So it's not completely broken but it's not working as it should.
