melkaradawi2013 If you have a completely black screen, with no words, and removing the whole folder fixes it, you have this bug, which a fix is being tested for: [CURRENT ISSUE] "Failed to Launch"/black screen (NO words)/some CC missing | EA Forums - 13273203 .
