Script mods are enabled but still won't work.
Ok, so I have script mods enabled and I cleared the cache, it shows the mods are custom content and not script mods.

Since the last patches, some CC/mods are not showing up in game or are not working in game. Perhaps go back to where you downloaded the mods/CC from and see if there has been an updated version or if any other simmers are having problems with the items. - Nevermind, i figured this out on my own right after I posted it. The dumbest things that happen tend to happen to me.
