Script Mods Not Working

Hoping someone can help, I am trying to get script mods to work. Things I have tried - Enabled both custom content and Script Mods Put script mods in Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4>Mods Cleared...

Try starting a fresh new save game with a different household, and see if the mod issues occur in that new save game also.
