Script Mods Not Working

I don't see anyone with the same problem as me and I can't find a solution online. None of the custom content or script mods show up in the game. When I opened my sims 4 game a few days ago, it said mods disabled to re-enable them, yada yada yada... I select "other" and then see by "script mods enabled." option, it's checked but the box is kinda grayed out and when I hover over it, it says "script mods have been disabled". I updated my game, removed some custom content, repaired my game but, none of these "solutions" worked. Can anyone help me? One extra bit of information is that I have maxed out my onedrive capacity, is this a problem? Let me know. Please and thank you.
