Script Mods Not Working

Hoping someone can help, I am trying to get script mods to work. Things I have tried - Enabled both custom content and Script Mods Put script mods in Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4>Mods Cleared...

Okay! If just removing it is safe and won't break gameplay itself, then I am fine just removing it.
