I have the same situation as the very first person who commented on this thread. I've repaired the game, cleared cache, enabled mods/cc, restarted the game, and tried what you suggested; to make a new household in a fresh new game. Although it worked for the other person, it didn't work for me:( This has been an issue with all of my mods, but I recently discovered that I can download and install custom content perfectly. I make sure there are no multiple downloads of the mod in my Finder, and that it is the most updated and latest version. The game recognizes the mods as script mods in the folder of mods and cc that pops when you launch the game. However, none of its features are in my game.
