Seeking mod suggestions for owning business

Primarily I'm looking for mods that help with less slacking, set opening and closing hours, and possibly options for owners to do more things. I just had my waitress not show up to my restaurant and my owner can't take orders so I have to close. If you have any other mods that is useful by all means post those as well

    I'm also looking for a good restaurant mod, and haven't found anything at all. It would be nice to be able to have more control over the staff in specific aspects, as a real life restaurant would run. And yeah, being able to do a few more things as the owner/operator would be fantastic.
