Senate\politics mod
Hello ppl, i want to post my mod idea , and since i am really bad at making mods, maybe someone experienced might find it interesting and make it. If i was good at modding i would do it myself, but my university steals off all my time to dedicate to anything extra.

My idea is:
I want to make a Roman style senate \ politics kind of mod.
In the sims 3 i always liked to fantasize with Altos and Landgraabs being 2 political powerhouses, and using mods such as Nraas and some others, a "political" system was really possible to do without much effort.
But now the sims 4 , an amazing game, better than Sims 3 in almost any way possible (Except the Lack of content lol, like interactions,activities,etc, but ok im not judging; When sims 3 came out it still was empty without any content),
i like specially how social groups cluster together in such a realistic way.
now , my problem is, i am really bad at modding, i tried to improve, and i also started out with this project, but i started to see dead ends everywhere , like how do i add an interaction? There is so much lack of Documentation in the internet, and many other issues, so i am giving up this idea\concept to the community in case anyone sees this idea interesting.
Feel free to get the credits of everything as your own, if you go on with the project.
it would work like this:
-TAX system would change, all Taxes would be transfered to the Edit Town funds (instead of infinite), that way, Tax payer money is needed to build stuff in town
-Assign homeless population tasks: - Some can be Farmers (in invisible farms), some can be soldiers (in invisible barracks)
-Food prices change acording to number of farmers.
-All non-housed sims would pay tax too, every X days.
-Any sim with a certain level of Welth can run for a position in Senate.
-Senators can present Laws, and all other senators can Vote yes or no according to their traits and their rleationship with the senator that is presenting a law.
-Laws can be:
*increase\decrease Tax %
*impose certain dress codes.
*changing values acording to population (percent of homeless, percent of females,etc)
*Banish certain households
*food tax (changes the price of food by a %)
*Marriage laws ( dis/allow homosexual, dis/allow polygamy, dis/allow teen )
*Job laws (dis/allow certain careers - All sims , gender specific,etc)
*income tax per job
*Senatorial Laws: Dis/Allow Females, Min Wealth needed, how many senate seats,etc
*War campaigns: Send the Sim-Legion all over the world for Humanitary missions. (U need Homeless sims atributed as Soldiers)
-one law can only be presented by senator term, so if you are playing a senator, you can only present one law during your office.
-Senators recieve a % of tax money per week
-If a senator is in office for more than a X ammount of terms he recieves the title of Elder.
*A elder get's more % from Tax than others, also he gets more respect from other senators.
*A Elder has a automatic relationship boost with all other sims in world.
*A Elder has the power to Veto any Law.
