Severeal Millestones not Showing

For some reason on earth it seems I'm the only simer not getting the milestones. Some aren't showing up at all and I only came to find out that they exist because I saw youtubers playing the game.

The following milestones do not appear in my game:

- Have Baby;

-Family travel;

- any milestone that involves an infant reaching the maximum level.

These are just the ones I've discovered so far, there may be more millestones I'm not even aware of because they just don't show up. I will point out here that I was playing completely without mods. Am I really the only player with this bug? Anyone else know that there's a family travel milestone and it's not working? or having a baby? I just want a solution, I paid a lot of money for the game and it's not right for it to be incomplete!
