Sim can't be caught cheating (Villainous Valentine)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim with Villainous Valentine flirt with someone in front of their boyfriend or girlfriend
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens - there is no reaction
What do you expect to see? The boyfriend or girlfriend get upset, and then have the counter on the aspiration increase

For the first 4/10 "get caught cheating" interactions, the counter would tick up when I would make my sim cheat in front of her boyfriend. Now, however, it never works. No matter what she does, he is not offended at all and the counter won't go up. How can I fix this to complete the aspiration?
