Sim can't ride bike

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. purchase a bike from build and buy 2. put bike in functional area 3. in live mode, click on bike
What happens when the bug occurs? You wont have the option to ride the bike. If you have it in inventory on a non home lot and click to go home, the sim will put down the bike but run home.
What do you expect to see? The sim is able to choose to ride the bike, regardless if they learned as a child (ex. you made a young adult sim in cas to ride the bike) and you ride the bike home when in inventory.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Happened sometime after the release of and/or purchase of Growing together.
