I tried removing all my mods one by one and adding them back 1 by 1 multiple times already and it did not work. Any other ideas other than the better exceptions mod?

Nothing here calls out a mod. Please try a true vanilla test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

I have tried this technique and it still has not allowed my sim to pass her acting gigs. It also kicked me out of my game before I could test to see if she will pass the gig or not. Can you give any more advice on how to fix this problem?

Exception in Sim Timeline: Exception running Element (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'has_any_trait')

Not sure how to find this error with my sim. She has the acting career and it wont let her pass or fail her gigs especially vladislaus hardware gig. Is it possible for you to advise me on how to fix this. I did the true vanilla test and it did not work. I also tried doing it without mods in my game folder and recreating another sim to have the career. I also reapaired my sims 4 game but I do not want to try to unistall and redownload my sims 4 game. Any other ideas???

If it happens without mods, I'd suggest making a Bug Report post.
