theyloveeeexixi I see from your UI that you're a mod user. It's possible that a mod or even build/buy CC item is causing issues with your Sim. To find out, you'll need to do a "vanilla" test:

Rename the Mods folder (I find it helps me to keep organized if I also drag it to the desktop).
Delete the file called localthumbcache.
Test again in your save. (You can exit without saving.)
