Sim keeps freezing inside the house

My sim was sleeping and almost froze to death. She was sleeping inside and there are walls and a roof so I don't understand why she is freezing. I do have windows that are open kinda, but I don't thi...

My sims keep freezing indoors I have a thermostat and I have a pile of snow inside my home. I have a roof. I don’t understand why. I moved and re did my home and it still keeps happening. I’m playing on a pc

@Jaiel83 Are you sure there aren't any holes in the ceiling ? Usually if you have snow inside, something isn't properly closed off.
