Sim spawns into world game with a different body and face, as well as a career

grrd3ki5ooxd​ Let's find out two things: If it's only that Sim that's broken and if a mod causes it.

FIRST TEST

1. Don't change your Mods folder at all.
2. Start at NEW, make a Sim in CAS, and save them to a lot to play. Answer this: Is that new Sim broken, with mods? 
3. Save this as a test save

SECOND TEST

1. Rename your Mods folder
2. Delete the localthumbcache file
3. Load that test save
4. Load that previously broken Sim into a lot. Answer this: Is that old Sim broken, mod-free?
