Sim would get a "Admire New Possesions", despite lacking the Materialistic trait

Question

Sim has a admire posessions interaction, which gives a moodlet as he like would have the trait. But he doesnt, and the interaction is available. What is wrong with my game? is it a mod issue? It's for new Sims and restarting removed it, but why do i get it? is it related to the new update?

Deleted all my mods, it's gone. How to find the mod causing this issue?
