Sims 4 - 0 funds

I have no idea what is going on! The sims was working perfectly yesterday and today I have turned it on and have received this screen: I cannot progress any further than this. What does it mean an...

    Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the Options.ini file then reload your game.

    You should also move out your Mods folder if you have 3rd party content installed and see if that fixes it.

I have done this but still doesnt work, whenever i add any kind of Mod this happens ALL THE TIME!!

    Check with the mod creator that the mod is compatible with the current patch level of the game. It is the creator’s responsibility to make the mods work with the game, not EA’s.

      CC and non script mods work just fine with the game but when i turn on script mods the zero funds thing happens what does that mean ?

      I deleted the 2 cc accesories i downloaded today and it still said 0 funds, IT WORKED FINE YESTERDAY!
