Sims 4 - Command Bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.94.147.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything, except the Star Wars expansion.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? I tell my Sims to do something, and they ignore it every time. I'll tell them to make food, and they'll stand there for a few seconds, then ignore the command and walk off to do something conpletely different. This especially ruins family gameplay because they ignore their kids.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my Sims follow through with the command I ask them to perform.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The most recent January patch made this issue occur for me. NEVER had a problem before, and have always used the same Mods. all my Mods and CC are updated as well.

I've avoided playing the game being as this glitch is incredibly annoying.
