Sims 4 - Futuristic Sims and robots

oooh i know this, some people call it 'retro-futuristic', and its a theme i love.

this guy made a real nice one too, i got her on my Newcrest with my own robots, using the robot Mod make their 'skin' to have this robotic specular glow, like a plastic overlay, pretty neat and goes over any CC or vanilla mesh.

the light blue part of the texture have a Emission so those parts flash glow in-game, pretty cool, im still trying to learn about emissions on sim4studio..

This kind of thing I'm very interested in. I am working on a Sims Machinima series called "Futurworld" which is a soap opera in a retro-futuristic style...basically the future as people in the 1960s and 70s thought it would be. I was wondering how to make a robot outfit for the show and I haven't had much luck with my own efforts. I'm also looking for 60s inspired futuristic fashion and furniture as well.
