Sims 4 - PC - Missing 10 hours of gametime?

After today's update, I LOST ALL MY SAVES, I LOST OVER 10 HOURS OF PLAYING LIVE WITH MY FOLLOWERS! I AM VERY SAD! 😱😭😭
