Sims 4 Aspiration Rewards and Magic Rewards

I've purchased a lot of aspiration rewards in Sims 4, but they're not showing the greyed-out mark mark to indicate they've been purchased, but they do show up on my "Traits". I'm still getting the effects of them, like free services and not needing to deal with any normal needs. Also, I purchased the magic pack, but the Discharge option no longer appears for my sim despite having unlocked the reward.

On the discharge option, that option doesn't have anything to do with unlocking rewards.  It is earned by spellcasters as they gain power and are able to use magic points to buy perks.  It's a first-tier perk.  Once you have it, it will disappear or grey out if you use too much magic in a short timeframe and get near overcharging.  You can monitor where your magic use level is in the needs panel via the big circle at the top of the panel.  As long as you stay in the blue and light orange, you can still discharge but if you let the level in the circle get too high, you can't discharge until it comes down on its own by not using magic for a while.  Also, after you use the discharge option, it has a cooldown that keeps the option greyed out until a certain amount of time has passed before you can discharge again.

    Hope this helps.

  • The Dishcharge option isn't showing up at all, even when I haven't used it in days.

I wonder if there's something specific to this Sim. If you play as a different Spellcaster, does it work?
