Sims 4 Broken 2024

I have no mods, have never used anything over than downloading the Sims and playing as is and it is constantly crashing. I even bought a new laptop to meet all the specs. I just opened it and all my files are broken. I can't play any games, there are tons of errors saying nothing can load. I am getting a lot of error code 22 notices. All the help is for games with mods and talking about downloading and redownloading. I've done that so many times as well as click to repair the games and I'm just so sick of this. Idk if it's EA or Sims but if anyone has suggestions please let me know.
