Sims 4 Build and Sims Bug

Every time i place a build with color its covered with a rainbow and huge question mark. It has it on every house in the neighborhood. Part of my sim face is black and has black question mark on his forehead and the other one skin is patchy and kinda glowing.CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP
