So my female sim got to riding skill 3. Once she dismounted the horse, the horse did not remove its saddle and now she has no option to mount or ride any horses at all. My male sim who’s never ridden...

Possibly? I played once since then and the horses saddle and bridle removed and my female sim can mount horses again. I’m not sure what happened but it’s working for now.
